The C-03 Linestage Preamplifier is a pure integration of ESOTERIC's proprietary design, engineering and manufacturing. Requested for many years by retail dealers and consumers, this new integration now culminates in highly advanced, analog signal processing.

Since 1953 the TEAC Corporation has built upon its experience with analog signal processing beginning with magnetic tape recording and playback systems. A dual mono pre amp driven by dedicated channel, custom power supplies, the C-03 reproduces a true-to-life soundstage with precise detail of each musical expression. Circuit components including input stage, output stage, and power supplies are completely isolated for ideal signal transmission. The C-03 features a highly rigid multiple-chambered chassis design for optimum resonance control properties following in the footsteps of the highly acclaimed P-03/D-03 component system.

The highest grade audiophile components were selected for the C-03. Extensive listening tests were conducted for parts selection based on component neutrality and desired variations in "acoustic texture." High quality German made WIMA capacitors are used for the main circuit and high purity 6N copper (99.9999%), and 8N copper (99.999999), is used for the C-03's critical internal wiring.

All design elements and proprietary technology are dedicated to achieving a new listening experience, one that re-creates the true "Master Tape Experience."
